- Offer. XERF Signature Treatment (Full Face + Neck) sessions at $1,100 per session. Regular Revive single-session price: $2,200. Each purchaser may buy one, two or three sessions in a single Golden Ticket order.
- Limit. 25 purchasing customers in total, first come first served by successful payment. One Golden Ticket order per customer (verified by name, email and patient record). Joining the waitlist does not reserve a ticket.
- Window. November 17, 2026 9:00 AM through November 27, 2026 11:59 PM Eastern, or earlier once all 25 tickets are claimed.
- Clinical eligibility. XERF is a medical treatment and is not appropriate for everyone. A clinical assessment and informed consent are required before treatment. Purchase does not guarantee you are a candidate. If Revive determines you are not medically eligible, you will receive a full refund.
- Refunds. No refunds once a session has been performed, including unused sessions in a multi-session order. Before any session is performed, a Golden Ticket order may be refunded in full on request within 14 days of purchase, or transferred (below).
- Transfer. Unused sessions may be transferred to another person. The recipient must complete Revive's clinical assessment and consent before treatment and is subject to the same eligibility rules. Contact Revive to transfer.
- Scheduling and expiration. Sessions are scheduled after purchase through Revive's normal process, with intervals between sessions set by your clinician. Purchased sessions must be used by November 27, 2027.
- Taxes. No sales tax applies to this medical service.
- Not combinable with other offers, credits, memberships or discounts unless Revive confirms in writing. Prices and availability are as shown at checkout. Revive may close the release early if all tickets are claimed.
